Living in Alignment with the Soul

The Tibetan Master, through Alice Bailey’s writings, reminds us that the soul is the true identity of every human being. The personality - our body, emotions, and mind - is but an instrument through which the soul seeks to express its light. To merge with the higher soul is to bring this inner radiance into conscious daily life.

The Tibetan teaches that connection begins with alignment: aligning the mind with the soul through meditation, aspiration, and disciplined living. In this process, we lift our awareness upward, contacting the “soul star” and drawing its energy downward into thought, feeling, and action. It is a science of invocation and evocation - the personality invokes, the soul responds, and together they create a deeper fusion.

Staying connected requires cultivating a rhythm of meditation, study, and service. Meditation opens the door to the soul’s impression. Study strengthens the mind to interpret spiritual truths. Service anchors the soul’s energy in the world, allowing us to live as channels of goodwill.

Gradually, the “lighted thread” between soul and personality grows stronger until it becomes a permanent union. In this merging, the individual experiences clarity, purpose, and an unwavering sense of being part of a greater Plan.
