Compassionate Inquiry is a trauma-informed therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté & Sat Dharam Kaur. In these sessions, I hold space for you to explore the unconscious patterns, protective adaptations, and early experiences that continue to shape your present-day emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
We slow down and stay close to the body, allowing what’s arising (thoughts, feelings, sensations) to be met with compassion rather than judgment. This creates a safe internal space where trauma responses can soften, and deeper truth can begin to emerge.You are never pushed to revisit painful memories.
Together, we move at the pace of safety, honoring your boundaries and inner wisdom throughout the process.
